How to Return
- Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Pack items in original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest collection point
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
